Delicious Dry Rub Ribs

St Louis Ribs Dry Rub

Ingredients

  • 1 Full Rack of St. Louis Ribs or any other Ribs of your choice.
  • 1 Packet (4 Tbls) of Taco Rosado Seasoning for Meat
  • 1 1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
  • 1 Bottle of Beer of your Choice

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 225 degrees fahrenheit (107 degrees celsius)
  2. Clean the Ribs and scar the back (side without all the meat) with your knife.
  3. Mix the Taco Rosado Seasoning for Meat and 1 1/2 Cups of Brown Sugar in a bowl. Whisk together until fully blended.
  4. Rub the Seasoning mixture onto the Ribs with a generous coat.
  5. Wrap your ribs in Aluminum Foil and place on cookie sheet
  6. Place in oven for 5 hours. Do not open aluminum foil.
  7. Open Beer and take a sip. Enjoy until the cooking is finished.
  8. Remove from oven and let rest for 15 mins.

PRO TIP: There are many different ways you can finish preparing your ribs after they are cooked. here are a few styles:

  1. Pull the ribs from the foil and eat dry or apply your favorite BBQ Sauce.
  2. Pull ribs from from the foil and place them on a very hot open flame on the BBQ to char the meat to lock in the flavors. Eat dry or apply your favorite BBQ Sauce.
  3. OUR FAVORITE: Remove ribs from Foil AFTER the have completely cooled from cooking in the oven. Place them in new foil and wrap tight. Place in the refrigerator until cold. When cold, Remove the rib rack and cut into individual ribs. Reheat the individual ribs by placing on the BBQ or in a Deep Fryer (Fryer should be on high heat and not very long. Be prepared to change your oil after do this!)
